Virtually all of the students that collaboratives serve are identified with high needs including students with multiple disabilities and those who are medically fragile. Collaboratives therefore have been uniquely challenged and ultimately uniquely effective during the pandemic. This presentation highlights how collaboratives are leading the way ensuring equity and access for students with high needs across the Commonwealth.
