The FY21 MOEC Annual Report includes some background about Educational Collaboratives and about MOEC, highlights of Collaboratives’ responses to the challenges of COVID-19, a discussion of work toward MOEC goals including MOEC as a resource to Collaboratives, Advocacy with DESE and with state and local legislators, and advocacy for greater recognition and use of Educational Collaboratives. Despite all of the challenges, it was a very productive year for Collaboratives and MOEC in our efforts to support Collaboratives across the Commonwealth.
